Belgrade Winter is organized from 1st to 31st December. CEBEF is the organizer, under the auspices of the City of Belgrade. This year's programme brings even more music, entertainment and various activities to several attractive locations in Belgrade.
The New Year's Eve on the Square will start on 30th December when Zeljko Samardzic, Van Gogh and Zana will perform. The music programme for everyone's taste is announced for the New Year's Eve in front of the National Assembly. Citizens and guests of the city will be entertained by Aca Lukas and Riblja Corba with the accompanying band Balkanika on 31st December. Also, on 29th December, at the new city location - Sava promenade, a concert of two great local bands, Ortodox Celts and Nicim izazvan will be organized.
"Music Days" is a manifestation that will be held from 25th to 28th December. Every day, from the big stage a different musical genre will be played. Well-known representatives of rock, pop, hip hop and electronic music will perform freely for visitors, passers-by and all those who enjoy the festive period.
Traditional manifestation "Open Heart Square" begins on 1st December. "Fairy Tails Square" starts working on the plateau in front of the Municipality of Zvezdara on the same day. Both events are primarily intended for children, and some of the income is intended for humanitarian purposes.
This year, for the first time, several activities will be organized. "Park of the Future" at the Belgrade Fair offers a cultural-educational programme for the youngest. The Cultural Center "Vuk Stefanovic Karadzic" premieres a ball for pensioners. There are four open-skating rinks on the following locations - Ada Ciganlija, Trg Nikole Pasica, Tasmajdan and the plateau of the Museum of Contemporary Art. In front of the shopping center "Rajiceva" and at Kalemedan, the youngest will enjoy the New Year's shows, workshops and other events. In front of the Temple of Saint Sava, the event "Christmas Village near the Temple" takes place. An interesting programme will be realized from 4th to 28th January.
The New Year's magic in Belgrade brings true festive atmosphere and entertainment for all generations. Smile on the face and straight ahead to the magical winter in the capital.
