The iconic story of the battle between good and evil, fathers and sons, the Republic and the Empire, in the main roles from the "original" cast of the episodes IV (1977), V (1980) and VI (1983) is brought by Mark Hamill as Luke Skywalker and Carrie Fisher as General Leia Organa, who died last December from a heart attack. Now sixty-year-old Mark Hamill, before filming episode VII, had to undergo fifty-week diets and trainings only to appear in the last scene of the film, without saying a word, which only delayed the pleasure of the Star Wars lovers and brought eagerly awaiting of episode VIII.
While the epic science fiction battle of the bright and dark side of the forces could not be "resisted" by the actor names such as Ewan McGregor, Liam Neeson, Natalie Portman, Christopher Lee, Samuel L. Jackson, Frank Oz and Hayden Christensen, to a newer set of actors that date from Episode VII (Daisy Ridley as Rey, John Boyega as Finn and Adam Driver as Kylo Ren), Benicio del Toro joins.
The world premiere of the film is scheduled for 9th December in Los Angeles. Serbia is among the rare countries in the world that has the privilege to present the most famous saga on 13th December. The Last Jedi will be on the regular cinema repertoire from 15th December on.
