Television 2018 is marked by the anniversary - 60 years of the existence of Radio Television Serbia. When it was founded in the former Yugoslavia, Television Belgrade was one of only 20 television stations in Europe. On that 23rd August 1958, after the announcement of the programme, TV Dnevnik (news) followed, which was presented by Miloje Mica Orlovic live. The biggest media house in Serbia gives its faithful viewers two great concerts - on 23rd and 24th August from 20:00 at the sports and recreation center "Tasmajdan".
On the first night, Choir and RTS Symphony Orchestra, Big Band, Kolibri, Kolo Ensemble and prominent Serbian actors Slobodan Ninkovic, Branislav Zeremski and Ivan Bosiljcic perform. Jadranka Jovanovic, Stefan Milenkovic, Dragana Radakovic, Bela Mavrak, Bora Dugic, Aleksandar Sedlar are just some of the best artists of classical music who will delight the audience on Tas with their great talent.
The 23rd August 2018 in Belgrade will be remembered for the giants of pop and rock. Bisera Veletanlic, Bajaga, Goran Bregovic, Magnifico, Bora Djordjevic, Zeljko Joksimovic, Mladen Vojcic Tifa and Alen Islamovic will make a night to remember. Spectacular conductor Bojan Sudjic confirmed his presence and announced two guest conductors - Vojkan Borisavljevic and Vojislav Bubisa Simic. The programme will be conducted by the presenters Sandra Perovic, Dragana Kosjerina, Branko Veselinovic and Jovan Memedovic.
The other concert, scheduled for 24th August from 20:00, is reserved for 60 most beautiful folk songs. A completely different atmosphere will be created by legendary Predrag Zivkovic Tozovac, Lepa Lukic, Haris Dzinovic, Merima Njegomir, Snezana Djurisic, Jelena Tomasevic, Zvonko Bogdan, Goca Lazarevic, Radisa Urosevic, spouses and colleagues Aleksandar Ilic and Biljana Jevtic as well as representatives of recent Serbian folk music. Through the most famous folk notes and verses you will be led by two couples of presenters - Ana Babic and Slobodan Sarenac together with Bojana Markovic and Milan Popovic, with the engagement of actor Srdjan Ivanovic who will interpret the character of Cojle Manojlovic. Superb domestic performers for birthday celebration under the stars.
