The ninth Oboe Fest takes place from June 27 to 30 in the Belgrade Philharmonic Hall. The guest and mentor of this year's music festival is Dominik Wollenweber, who comes from the Berlin Philharmonic and is one of the world's most distinguished performers on this instrument.
