Poet, painter, teacher and one of the most prominent creators of Serbian romanticism - Djura Jaksic (1832-1878). In his honor, the Arte Arte Group and the Djura Jaksic House organize high-quality events in Belgrade, Srpska Crnja, Kragujevac, Novi Sad, Jagodina and other places connected with the life and work of Djura Jaksic.
The program includes exhibitions, poetry and music evenings, theater performances, art exhibitions, forums and educational workshops, thereby creating a connection between different artistic expressions and encouraging a dialogue between tradition and modernity.
The event "Days of Djura Jaksic 2025" begins with a collective exhibition consisting of works by twenty painters entitled "Djura - Inspiration".
