Association of citizens Ritmos del Mundo organizes salsa night on 30th June at 21:30, and venue of the event is Dorcol Platz, famous for promotion and organization of events of great cultural and artistic importance. Salseros are educated, cultural and people who read a lot, but they are not nerds from films with big glasses and clothes that do not fit any fashion season. They are socially acceptable, and joy and dance are their life. This salsadrome invites all its salseros to come disguised as authentic nerds. Be careful about the costume - it shouldn`t impede the main reason of this gathering - salsa dancing!
Music support is DJ Monte Son. Salsa, rumba and various choreographies call for dance on the dance floor. There will be experienced team that has been creating great atmosphere on salsa scene for years.
The association of citizens Ritmos del Mundo is engaged in the promotion of Afro-Cuban culture on the territory of Serbia, as well as cooperation with other relevant organizations in this field. It provides school of salsa and other Afro-Cuban dances to its members. Besides this, the association organizes trips to salsa seminars, parties and other events related to Cuban culture, both in the country and abroad. Its activities are supported by the Embassy of Cuba in Belgrade. Under the slogan "There is only one life. Let`s dance it!", Ritmos del Mundo is focused on the vision of society that accepted Cuban dances as a form of expression. Members of the association often perform at various competitive and non-competitive events. Every year, Ritmos del Mundo organizes several seminars abroad with a large number of performances.
