Art football in Russia 2017 - the fusion of art and football

Serbian artists won first place in music programme and fourth place in football at world manifestation "Art football"

Football-musical spectacle "Art football" held from 3rd to 12th June in Moscow brought 4th place to artistic representation of Serbia in the football competition and first place in music programme. In a bronze match our representation lost to host scoring 3:1 and missed the opportunity to shine with bronze medal. The joy and the pride of Serbia is the first place in musical part of the competition won by a great team after organizing a party. Serbian representation fascinated Moscow at the beginning of the World Championship with a concert held at the central stadium “Lokomotiv” on 4th June. This concert was an introduction to performance of Emir Kusturica and "No smoking orchestra". According to the rules, the team consisted of actors, musicians and three former football players showed impressive talent not so much for sport as for art and music. The best scorer of the team, scoring two goals, was Danijel Cehranov.

The international football and music festival "Art-football" was invented and organized for the first time in Russia, and it has become one of the most remarkable world sports and music events with the aim to spread humanity and kindness. It was based on the conception of football as a mean to gather famous artists from various countries who could not only play against each other on football field but also show their music talents. Serbian representation participated for the first time in 2016.
