Alice in WonderBand ia a music band that has existed since 1998. The music they create is genre indefinable and one of a kind. Body percussion is a technique that attracts audience of all age.

Body percussion is the art of hitting one's own body in order to produce various rhythmic sounds. Using specific moves, this technique influences on strengthening certain body parts and that way stimulates reflexes, attention and the speed of response to the different impulses from the natural environment. It extensively contributes to the development of human body awareness, movement control and muscle strength, but also to better coordination and better balance of the body. Research in psychology has shown that body percussion improves concentration, memory and perception and has therapeutic properties as it stimulates and activates the organism at the psycho-motor and cognitive levels. Furthermore, the orchestration or the act of creating of music in the band is one of the segments this technique uses - contributes to the development of communication skills and reduces anxiety during communication, thereby raising self-confidence. Everyone can overcome this technique and learn how to use the inner rhythm, to explore the sound of their body through this technique of the purest musical expression.
