The 14th Belgrade Wine Show and Wine Masters 2017 is organized at the Hyatt Regency Hotel on 8th and 9th December. Visitors will have the opportunity to taste six hundred and fifty wines, attend workshops on the pairing of wine and food, and even forty accompanying events will entertain wine lovers. This year, special attention was paid to orange wines. It is a white wine that is produced by the process of prolonged maceration, and it resembles red wine in taste rather than white wine and is almost always produced from organic ingredients.
The event is divided into five main programme parts: Master Class tasting, educational tastings for new generations, premier tasting of new wine on the market, special tastings for professional buyers and exclusive tastings for private buyers. The lecturers are the most famous sommeliers, bartenders and chefs, and the audience will enjoy with all the senses in the food from the most famous Belgrade restaurants and pastry shops. Guests from abroad will reveal the latest world trends related to wine during their lectures. A unique opportunity to discover everything you did not know about wines.
Wine Masters is scheduled for 9th December at the hotel restaurant - Focaccia. A specially created event will present the best quality brandy from Serbia and famous world drinks. More than fifty producers and distributors participate, and the show programme will be on sale.
The Belgrade Wine Show is a humanitarian event at the same time. Goodwill ambassadors organize significant humanitarian actions and raise funds for those who need help most. The 2017 edition brings a project to help the Home for Children. All participants and guests are invited to donate sweets, salty snacks, toys, hygiene items and winter clothes and footwear for endangered boys and girls.
