The festival of arts and culture includes the International Museum Day, European Night of Museums and National Museum Week. In over 75 museums and related institutions, the audience will have the opportunity to see a whole series of exhibitions, settings, presentations, workshops, children's programmes, public conversations and other contents. All programmes are free and more than 200,000 visitors are expected at this year's event entitled "Hyperconnected Museums, New Approaches, New Publics".

By 20th May, the Student Cultural Center will be fully dedicated to new and different music. The Ring Ring festival is taking place for the 23rd time, and besides numerous concerts, a workshop for young pianists led by Italian pianist Livio Minafra is also organized. All performances at this edition of the great music event are conceived as a mix of domestic and foreign performers.

The Spanish meter is a film festival devoted to works created in the Spanish speaking areas. The eleventh edition of the Spanish 7th art will last until 30th of May, at three locations in the city center. The Cultural Center of Belgrade, the Youth Center (Dom omladine) and the Museum of the Yugoslav Cinematheque are places where popular Latin films will be broadcast. More than twenty films are on the repertoire divided into three programme parts - Contemporary Film, Women's Corner and Honorary Goya Award.
