The fourth Dev9t Festival is held at Ciglana from 15th to 23rd June. The international interactive art event is called "Keep Creating" this year, and the organizers and participants have prepared an outstanding programme for nine great days in Belgrade.
This unique festival in the region unites all kinds of art whose mission is to launch free minds and create a parallel creative reality. The theme of this year's artistic event is Mirror. Whether we look more in the mirror, or observe the world around us through it, known and unknown artists will show through their works. Famous DJs and bands are in charge of the impression that you are on another planet where there are no restrictions and prejudices.
Artists line up is longer than ever this year. A large part of the programme is created by artists who applied for the event at the organizer's public invitation. Works of all applicants are exhibited and visitors are involved in creating works as artistic assistants and through interactive workshops. In addition to the Mirror, festival themes are also the general principles of the Dev9t movement. Sculptures and installations larger than two meters are the symbol of this festival.
The selectors Aleksandar Gligorijevic, Ivan Grancer, Arpad Slancik and Viktor Kis are responsible for the selection of artistic, literary, musical works, performances, installations, digital and all other artistic works. The festival is interesting for children and young people who can freely participate in the workshops, but also play outdoors. Dev9t is an art colony with a gallery, dance floor, skate park, workshops, art market, concert zone, playground. The right place to start the summer in Belgrade.
