Belgrade Beer Fest 2017 reveals music repertoire

The biggest festival of beer and music in Southeastern Europe has prepared fantastic music list of the most popular artists from region and abroad for the 15th jubilee event

This year, Belgrade Beer Fest takes place from 16th to 20th August at Usce (the confluence), and the names of performers coming to the most famous green area in the capital will definitely break attendance record. As always, the entry is free.


The festival will open an electro band from Britain, Asian Dub Foundation (ADF), famous for the synergy of rapcore and dub sound with strong influence of punk-rock culture and traditional beats. During long career, it has released 14 studio albums. Asian Dub Foundation is performing for the first time in Belgrade and high voltage and strong energy concert is announced.


The living legends of regional rock scene, the band Riblja corba will perform for the 4th time at the festival. Two years ago, the band got an audience award for best performance which is a confirmation that "Lutka sa naslovne strane" and other hits will never be out of fashion. While preparing new album, Bora Corba is eagerly waiting for the concert at Beer Fest because, as he says, the energy and the atmosphere with great organization are the reason why this festival is so popular.


Hladno pivo is back at Usce after three years. The concert is scheduled for Friday, 18th August when the audience will have the opportunity to enjoy and sing songs "Mojoj majci", "Ezoterija", "Pitala si me", "Nije sve tako sivo", "Pjevajte nesto ljubavno" and also the best songs from the latest album "Zatvorena vrata". Zagreb band has been performing for 30 years across the region, and it has only the words of praise for Belgrade Beer Fest. Performing on such a large stage in front of a large number of people who know every single song is something that the band will remember forever.


Rock band Goblini is performing on 19th August and it promises a performance that will shake Belgrade. Numerous hits marked the long career of this punk rock band and some of them are "Cipjonka", "Ima nas", "Anja, volim te", "U magnovenju" and "Voz". Band members confirm that this festival is a place of excellent beer and the best fun. They think of the best stage in this part of the world, organization and the functioning of the whole system as a reward for their previous work. This year, the band Goblini are performing for the third time at the festival.

At the 15th jubilee Belgrade Beer Fest, for the first time, International exchange of beer souvenirs will take place. Such events have been organized worldwide for years and they attract a large number of collectors and tourists. The Association of Serbian collectors of beer glasses and souvenirs promotes our country on such gatherings, and it will organize for the first time an exchange in Serbia and collectors from Slovakia, Germany, Lithuania, Austria, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Macedonia, Slovenia, Poland, Bulgaria, Croatia and other countries will come. The premier exchange is scheduled for 19th August from 10:00 until 16:00 at the kind of exhibition of beer souvenirs from all parts of the world.

Belgrade Beer Fest is the biggest beer festival in Southeastern Europe, according to the average attendance. Over 500.000 people visit the festival in those five days. This attendance has thanks to basic principles - free entry, exquisite music programme and a variety of offer of local and foreign beer brands. Belgrade Beer Fest was established in 2003, and over 14 years of existence, 7.680.000 visitors could see more than 600 music performances, taste over 330 beer brands and participate in many social campaigns.
