If you have been busy this year and missed your favourite shows, concerts and movies, the summer festival offer is there to compensate for all of this. By 31st August, we recommend that you visit two city events. Under the auspices of the City Municipality of Zemun, Leto na Gardosu (the Summer at Gardos) brings a handful of interesting contents.
The seventeenth Leto na Gardosu, more precisely at the Millennium Tower, brings 41 programmes that include plays of amateur and professional theaters, guest performances and concerts. We highlight "Rijaliti obracun" with Ivan Bekjarev in the main role, guest performance of the theater from Jagodina with the play "Sabrana dela V. Sekspira", the play "Gospodin Poslanik" in which Marko Zivic will make you laugh, "Sigurna muska kuca" with Boris Milivojevic and Nada Blam and "Orkestar Titanic" produced by KC Prijepolje.
Leto na Gardosu offers adventures of Prince Zaba and Pasuljko, Boca zloca and Pinocchio, princess and knights, Ivica and Marica for the youngest ones. Garavi Sokak will cheer up Zemun ladies, and with Goran Sultanovic and his blues start a new day with new energy.
Leto na Keju 2018 (the Summer on the Quay 2018) is another Zemun manifestation mainly intended for the youngest fellow citizens. Children's performances, fine arts, dance, music and face painting workshops will entertain kids. This summer, the Millennium Tower and Zemun Quay are particularly attractive locations with an excellent programme all generations will enjoy. See you in Zemun!
