For ten years now, he has been the main DJ at the "Tribehouse" club in Düsseldorf, where he lives. Mark Spoon (1966-2006), a DJ and producer from Frankfurt is the main "culprit" that Loco Dice has replaced hip-hop with DJing.
Loco Dice's name is Yassine Ben Achour. He was born on 10th August 1974 in Tunisia. His mother regularly listened to soul and funk. So he discovered love for music. His grandfather, who loved playing dice on the streets of Tunisia, introduced him to the combination of North African and Middle Eastern folk music. He regularly plays football. He is raised in a multi-ethnic spirit and he understands many cultures. Therefore, he is equally wanted on all continents today. He is married to Maddy.
