Belgrade will become the center of rowing sport in the first days of June. From 1st to 3rd June at the Sava Lake the first regatta of the World Cup will be held. This is also the official opening of the season of the international competitions for senior citizens this year in our capital. According to the announcement of the organizer, the Rowing Federation and the most awarded Serbian rower Nikola Stojic, about 1,000 participants are expected to take part in the World Cup at Ada Ciganlija. Competitors from forty two countries were announced.
For the tenth year in a row, the Yoga Federation of Serbia and the Belgrade Yoga Federation invite you to start a season of exercise in nature with the free instruction of certified yoga teachers immediately. Every Sunday from 18:00, in Yoga Park at Ada Ciganlija, at the roundabout, you will socialize in the oasis of the green parks through the action "Practice yoga with us". In addition to the instructors, the students of the Yoga Academy will assist to the trainees. All you need is a yoga mat, a towel, a bottle of water and nice weather.
"Uhvati ritam" is the biggest regional dance show taking place at the Kombank Hall on 3rd June this year. At this traditional competition in all modern dance styles, organized by the Belgrade Dance Center and the Dance Club "Beat Street" in cooperation with the Belgrade Dance Association, participation of about 2,000 young artists, dancers from the country and the region have been announced. At the competition for all ages hip hop, street, show, jazz, contemporary, break dance and other modern styles will be danced. A large number of public figures, such as musicians, actors, dancers, choreographers, contribute to the attractiveness of the whole event by participating in the jury. The winners will be awarded with valuable prizes, and the audience can expect a great visual-scenic experience and entertainment.
