Under the slogan "Nothing without women", for the fourteenth year in a row, the Blood Transfusion Institute of Serbia is organizing a voluntary blood donation campaign. Marking the international holiday, Women's Day, in this way we want to thank all women who are voluntary blood donors, as well as to encourage those who have not donated blood to become donors. In the previous year, 20.7% of the total collected blood was donated by women.
Heads of important institutions from the world of culture, medicine, politics and sports, representatives of various professions in distinctive uniforms were invited to the Blood Transfusion Institute of Serbia on 8th March from 11:00 to 13:00 to show solidarity and support citizens who selflessly donate blood.
On Wednesday, 8th March, the institute will be open from 07:00 to 19:00. Our noble ladies who will donate blood that day will be delighted with books, sweet and savory dishes, cosmetic products, flowers, theater tickets and various surprises prepared for them by: publishing houses Kreativni centar and Laguna, flower shop Kazablanka as well as Atelje 212 theater, little theater Dusko Radovic, DM, pharmacy Magistra Zivanovic, Waterdrop Serbia, Coca-Cola Hellenic, Jafa Crvenka, Andjeli, Bambi, Domace kiflice, Milos bakery, Koki patisserie, Susic cakes and cookies and Butler Catering.
