The Street Food Festival is coming to Zemun Quay again

Specialties of Italian, American, Japanese, Chinese, Korean, Jamaican and Ugandan cuisine outdoor from 22nd to 24th September

From 22nd to 24th September, another Street Food Festival will be held at the most beautiful part of the Danube Quay (near Venecija), which will present more than 20 participants of the Belgrade street food scene who will prepare a wide variety of specialties from 10 different world cuisines for all visitors.

The Street Food Festival will offer visitors to enjoy the flavors of juicy classic but also smash burgers, specialties of Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Jamaican and Ugandan cuisine which has its roots in Asian, Arabic and Indian cuisine, as well as an authentic American street food specialty, known as the cor dog. At the festival, visitors will be able to look for the famous Belgrade dumplings, homemade sausages, Angus cevapcici (kebab), veggie burgers, as well as a popular specialty created by the fusion of Mexican and Japanese cuisine - sushirito and much more. In a special area of Italian cuisine, it will be possible to try various specialties of one of the world's most famous national cuisines, where interesting combinations of home-made pasta with fresh spices and specially designed sauces will be prepared.

With the support of well-known names from the city's DJ scene, during the coming weekend, the Zemun Quay will become an ideal location for socializing and enjoying the perfect combination of food and music, but also everything that offers a magical view of the river and several relaxation zones located in special ambient units.

This time, the Wine Fest will join the Street Food Festival where forty different wineries from all over Serbia will be presented. This festival will be complemented by an accompanying music program, so on the central festival stage the audience will have the opportunity to enjoy the sounds of the Milan Petrovic Quartet, the Illusory band, as well as DJ performances.

The street food festival, with the support of the "Every can counts" project, once again wants to draw the public's attention to the importance of environmental protection and recycling, as well as the possibility of infinite aluminum recycling. That is why there will be boxes for the disposal of used aluminum packaging at several different points, promoters with backpacks in which it is also possible to dispose of the used can will be on site, and a pixelate will be worked on by local artists to creatively remind visitors of the importance of recycling in order to preserve the planet Earth.

In cooperation with representatives of the Z10 team - our most successful e-sport team, another socially responsible action will be realized. The festival will once again feature a specially designed Z10 burger, which can be found in the Bullger bar during all three festival days, and part of the funds collected from the sale of this burger will be forwarded directly to the humanitarian association EHLS (E-sport Humanitarian League of Serbia). The goal of this action is to draw attention to the importance of e-sports, but also to raise awareness among younger generations about the importance of social responsibility.

Entry to the festival is free, and seating is provided for visitors. The working hours of the festival are from 13:00 to 23:00.
