The Belgrade Jazz Festival is organized at two locations - Belgrade Youth Center and Kombank Hall from 25th to 29th October. Since last year, the festival has changed the musical genre and the repertoire has been enriched by contemporary jazz beat. That is how it will be this year, and the line between the classic and the latest jazz is even thinner. For this reason, the 2018 Jazz Festival is entitled "No Limits".

Evergreen and a modern rhythm will be presented by more than 20 music associations and soloists. The programme is designed in such a way that perfect live jazz is performed in every performance. Among prominent musicians from the world scene who will sing and play in Belgrade are Youn Sun Nah Quintet from South Korea, the legend of jazz Kurt Elling, Chucho Valdés and Jazz Batá from Cuba, Enrico Rava Quintet, Joe Lovano, Ingrid and Christine Jensen, Australian trio The Necks, Omer Avital from Israel, Jimi Tenor from Finland and many others. Serbian jazz will be presented by Fish in Oil band, Irina Karamarkovic, Ugljesa Novakovic Quintet, Uros Spasojevic Project and Big Bend Radio Television Serbia.

The overture for the 34th Belgrade Jazz Festival is scheduled for 23rd October from 20:00 in the main hall of Belgrade Youth Center, and the music is chosen by the DJs Patife and Marky. The festival will officially begin on 25th October from 19:00 with a concert of great local musicians. Fish in Oil will show why they are one of the most in demand bands on the local jazz scene. The special guest at the concert is Marc Ribot from America. Traditionally, a double programme will be held each evening. Enjoy the best jazz ever.
