The Belgrade Arena becomes the place of the best music in the city - Nick Cave and his band, The Bad Seeds, perform again in Belgrade on 28th October at 20:00. The legendary band is on a worldwide tour to promote the album Skeleton Tree, which many fans accepted at the first listening, and magazine the Guardian rated it five stars and defined it as a "masterpiece of love and destruction".

The previous big performance of this magical artistic constellation was also held at the Arena, it lasted a record 150 minutes, which was far longer than usual, and was named the best concert in Serbia for 2008. They again visited Serbia at the 2013 Exit festival when they made a memorable event. The band, beside Nike, includes: Martyn Casey, Thomas Wydler, Jim Sclavunos, Conway Savage, George Vjestica and Larry Mullins. Interestingly, a songwriter Warren Ellis, who is also a great Nick's friend, is all the time on tour.

Skeleton Tree album was created after the accidental death of Nick's son when he fell from an 18 meters high cliff. The release was preceded by the premiere of the documentary One More Time With the feeling directed by Andrew Dominik from New Zealand, in which he presents the story of a difficult period, pain and immeasurable loss. The new studio release ranked first in eight countries, won first place on numerous listening charts in America and England, and recently, they have been nominated for the Brit Award, in the category of Best International Band.

Nick Cave (Nicholas Edward Cave) was born on 22nd September 1957 in a small town in Australia, Warracknabeal. Already in the boyhood, he became a member of the church choir, but his turbulent spirit brought him many problems in his early youth. He refused to live by the rules of a small environment, often made problems in school and parents made a decision to send him to the boarding school in Melbourne. He enrolled at the Institute of Technology but gave up after the first year because of the desire to dedicate himself to music. After a tumultuous but notable musical creation, in 1983, a new band was created, Nick Cave and The Bad Seeds, with different melodies and lyrics. Great popularity, world tour, successful albums, and the adoption of bad habits typical of the lifestyle of celebrities followed. Artistic spirit of Nick Cave led him to return to the beginning, to create post punk music, as at the beginning of his career, and in 2007, he recorded exactly such an album with the new band he created - Grinderman. A great singer, songwriter, writer, music composer for films, screenwriter and actor is considered one of the greatest artists of modern times.
